For full certification, pay half down now, then three installments as you take each of three core courses ($2934.00 total).

For the Continuing Ed Certification, pay 1/3 down and 1/3 as you take each of two core courses ($1482.00 total).

IMPORTANT: to choose the Continuing Ed option, you must have already received a coaching certification from a recognized coach training school. See below for details.

Do I Qualify for the Continuing Ed Version?

This option is for people who are already certified coaches. To qualify to choose the Continuing Ed version of the Encounter Coaching Certification, you must have:

  1. Completed a Coaching Certification program from another recognized coach training school and received a Coaching Certification. Any school which meets the ICF or CCNI requirements qualifies, as do others that have similar requirements for instructor contact hours.

  2. Completed at least 80 coaching experience hours (usually required by reputable certification programs).

What DOESN'T Qualify
Training which does NOT qualify under these standards includes:

  1. Counseling, consulting or therapy credentials.
  2. A post graduate degree in a related field.
  3. Coach training events or classes that do not result in an official certification.
  4. A certification program you began but did not complete.
  5. Training not conducted by an actual coach training school that offers certification.
  6. "You've been coaching all your life."
  7. Certification programs that don't roughly meet industry standards--for instance, self-study courses with no instructor contact or live component, 2-day workshops that give you a certification (you can't learn this in two days!), etc.
